Covid-19 Update (April 2021)

The government has given the “Close Contact Services” a go-ahead to re-open with guidelines and restrictions to keep us all safe. I have carried a risk-assessment to made adjustments to adhere to the Covid-19 guidelines produced by the government.

What you need to know and do before booking

 

We have been asked to minimise the amount of time in close proximity so in light of this I will:

  • Doing consultations online or by phone at a scheduled time before your treatment when possible

  • Currently we will not be doing face massage and will limit the amount of time clients are face up

  • If you are in the Elderly or vulnerable category please speak to us before booking as we would like to best assess the risks and benefits of a treatment together. 

  • If you are in the 'High Risk' category and shielding at the moment, I will not be able to treat you until the government says it is safe to do so.

  • I have implemented enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures between clients and across the treatment room (including frequent touch points like banister, doorbell, taps, sanitiser bottles etcetera)

 

What you need to know and do before attending:

  • You will be asked to complete a COVID-19 Pre-screening Questionnaire before each treatment. Ideally please complete this no more than 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Ideally please bring your own water.

  • Please arrive on time and where possible wait outside until I will come to collect you. (You can ring the doorbell or text when you arrive).

  • Please maintain social distancing before and after treatment. Only 1 person allowed in waiting area

 

What you need to do upon arrival:

  • Please wash or sanitise your hands on arrival (Hand sanitiser will be provided)

  • I will be wearing a Face Shield.

  • You are not required to wear a face mask or face covering, but if you wish to do so you are very welcome. 

  • Please bring as little items as possible with you. 

  • Please either pay in advance via Bank Transfer or by PayPal where possible. 

 

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms or you are feeling unwell please contact me and we will defer your treatment.
